Studio Introduction

FIVE CREATIONS was established in Changsha, Hunan, China in 2019. We aspire to continuously refine each piece of work, allowing it to tell its own story. We are committed to bringing contemporary art pieces with Chinese characteristics to collectors and enthusiasts of figurine art both domestically and internationally.

Founder's Story

The studio's founder, Wu Wang, specializes in sculpture art and has been engaged in large-scale traditional sculpture for fifteen years. Sculpture is an ancient form of three-dimensional art, a good sculpture can record a period of history, an era, and numerous aspects of culture, serving as a living specimen of history and an authentic representation of historical moments. Wu Wang has always had a deep affection for traditional Chinese culture. He believes that rooted in the fertile cultural soil of China's five-thousand-year-old civilization, we can use contemporary and mainstream culture to artistically process our works, presenting a different style of Chinese-themed sculptures.

Studio’s Vision

With an unique perspective, we hope to interpret more aspects of traditional culture, including both abstract and concretised style, through our studio's creations. We aspire for more original works to venture beyond our borders and reach a global audience, showcasing Eastern culture to the world.
